You can pay by bank transfer. To do so, please send us your registration request by email. We will take care of your registration and send you an invoice.

  • You have 5 days to complete the transfer after your registration.
  • DO NOT forget to specify the invoice number and your name on the transfer details.
  • And as soon as the transfer has been requested, please send us a copy of the transfer notification to: lea.digiacomo@mcocongres.com.
  • Once the payment has been received, we will complete your registration and you will have access to a paid invoice in your account.

Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied:

  • More than 80 days before the first day of the congress: No cancellation fee / Complete reimbursement (not including the bank fees that you may had to pay).
  • Between 79 and 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 50% / Reimbursement of 50% of your payment.
  • Less than 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 100% / No reimbursement.
